Recently I had the pleasure of creating portraits for Chuck Allen of Earth and Hide! His handmade artisan leather goods are amazing! You should check him out!
Sometimes people just connect immediately when they meet, this was the case for Chuck and I!
I knew he wanted portraits done in the Wetplate Collodion process, but was surprised when he was so interested in the process itself!
This was an amazing thing, he really understood what was involved.
He was a great subject!
its not too often that such amazing people inspire me in new and different ways.
I’m so incredibly fortunate in both life, and professionally to meet such great people.
